Profile

I restrict my professional practice to business valuation and income tax consulting engagements. Additionally, I provide seminars and write (professional development courses, articles, and texts) in these two disciplines, for a variety of organizations and publications.

Active in the CGA Association since being admitted to membership, I chaired the Toronto Chapter in 1989-90 and served as president of the CGA Association of Ontario in 1998-99. I was a member of the board of directors of the CGA Association of Canada in 1996-98, and again in 1999-2002. While my formal association activity has ended, I am still committed to and active in advancing the profession.

For my contribution to the profession I have been honoured to receive the Toronto Chapter Distinguished Service Award, Ontario Distinguished Service Award, Life Membership in the CGA Association of Ontario, and a Fellowship from the CGA Association of Canada.
